Do I need to be home during the cleanup?
Nope! As long as we can access your yard (gate code, unlocked gate, etc.), you don't need to be there. We'll send you an email confirmation when we're done. We do require all pets to be secured before we arrive for the safety of your fur babies and our technicians.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We work in most weather conditions, but if conditions are unsafe we'll reschedule your visit to the next available day and let you know right away.
How many dogs are included in each plan?
All plans include up to 4 dogs. Have more? Just ask — we can accommodate.
Do you bring your own supplies and bags?
Yes! We bring everything we need. As part of the service we will double bag all waste and dispose in the trash bin at your property for your weekly pick up. As we know there may be some instances where this is not possible, we do offer removal from the premises as an additional add-on of $10 per bag per visit.

We serve the greater Tucson Valley including Tucson, East Tucson, Foothills, Tanque Verde, Midtown, Vail, Rita Ranch, Corona De Tucson, Sabino, Bear Canyon, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Can I pause or cancel my recurring service?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your recurring plan at any time with just a quick message or call.
